Thank you Tate! This wonderful new stadium was laid out by my old Building Science Prof Col. Hugh Webb, who laid out the stadium while he was a student! My father came along in the spring of '39 to be a Rat! Col. Webb and I became close while I was a student in the BS program. I watched over his home on the lake my last summer of '84 while he and his wife took in Europe. Great place to study and sit on the dock. RIP Col. Webb, you were truly a great man, gentleman, and friend! Go Tigers!!!

Same as the stadium was for many years. As I recall ('52), it held about 40,000. We cadets used to march onto the field for the national anthem, etc., and then ran to the seats.
