WASHINGTON (AP/ABC7) — Newly-elected representative Lauren Boebert, R-Colo. , posted an ad on her Twitter page explaining why she will carry a gun around the streets of D. C. and to Congress. In the ad, Boebert is shown pulling out a gun and placing it in a holster on her hip as she walks down the street in a D. C. neighborhood. "Even though I work in one of the most liberal cities in America, I refuse to give up my rights, especially my second amendment rights," says Boebert.
