So once Etienne gets another 85 scrimmage yards

He becomes the ACC's ALL-TIME LEADER in yards from scrimmage, and he only needs 129 rushing yards to become the ACC's all-time rushing yards leader. He could get both TOMORROW, and he's already the ACC leader in rushing TDs and scrimmage TDs.

I hope everyone appreciates the greatness we're witnessing. Travis Etienne deserves to be in the greatest player in Clemson history discussion just as much as anyone else. Shoot, he's in the running for greatest player in ACC history!

Fun fact: he's gonna pass Dalvin Cook for the scrimmage yards record, who only incredibly set that record despite only playing three years. But Etienne has an incredible career 1.1 yard per carry advantage over Cook, who at the time of writing this has 102 more carries and 6 more receptions than Etienne, who's in his fourth year. So not to denounce how great Cook was, but it's worth noting that his numbers come from insanely high usage (roughly 18 carries/game) more so than efficiency, so the three year thing isn't as significant as it sounds. Travis will be the new leader with an entire yard efficiency advantage over second place, having only rushed TWELVE TIMES A GAME. That's crazy!

I thought he needed more to break the NC State back record including his Bowl rushing yards.

He better get his yards early tomorrow.. He likely will not get more than a dozen carries.
