I emailed IPTAY several months ago and got a full refund. I gave up my tickets and my membership after 2 years. Just know if you get your money back you may lose your seat location. I don’t have proof that it could happen, but if someone else doesn’t pull their money and ask for better seats next year I would think they might have a really good chance.
