Serious questions (which is why I spelled it correctly)

What do you think Cain does after this season? I thought at the beginning of the year he was a sure NFL departure. Now, not so much. I know some of it has to do with QB play. But, the past two weeks he has been overshadowed by Tee Higgins. When it come to WR we are literally too deep.

JMHO, but

I think Cain drops too many passes to be an NFL receiver. I think he needs to work on his sure-handedness and come back next year. The guy is crazy fast, but needs to field more of the catchable balls.

Completely agree, however if he does come back he WILL compete w/Higgins for playing time. This was to be his year.

If he shows up to the combine at 6’1”+ and around 200lbs and then posts ridiculous numbers, the No-Film-League will forget all about those drops and draft him based on the combine alone.

will still take him pretty high. They showed last year most teams don't care too much about on field play, just combine #s and measureables.

Cain needs to show more grit in my opinion and lay out to get some tough catches. He seems to let passes drop he doesnt get in stride.

I've never been sold on him and Ray Ray as NFL guys. Both are insanely fast and skilled, but just dont put in the work you need to like Williams, Scott and Renfrow do.
Cain was lucky to have MW to take pressure off him, but he is for sure not a Number 1 guy. He'll be back, but i think Tee wins the role.

Cain has at least 2 more games to show out

If he posts back to back 100 yard games and has a big highlight or two, he is gone. With the way he is predicted to test, he will be a 1st rounder. NFL is all about size + speed. He has the prototypical #1 receiver body and athleticism like Odell. Not a jump baller like Mike, but still a #1.
