This morning my father had a massive heart attack. He's stable, but it's not looking good long term. Any prayers my fellow Tigers could offer would be deeply appreciated.

Be positive and do not give an inch to the negative. My mom was in ICU for 28 days after emergency heart surgery from a major damaging heart attack. She is doing great today, over five years later. They had to induce coma for my mom twice during that time to relieve her and her body of the stress and give it a chance to heal and fight. Latch on to any small improvements in the right direction.

Let the Lord raise this man and his family. Give him and his family all the peace, and the doctors all the knowledge and guidance they need to get him through this and continue to do good work in the Lords name.

Thanks everyone. We are just taking it hr by hr. There's just a multitude of issues with my dad that are causing the doctors concern and they think it's too risky to go in right now and do any major surgery. As my dad says
"it really sucks getting old."

Thanks again to everyone who's thinking about my family during this difficult time. My dads still in the ICU. When he had the heart attack he ended up falling and breaking his shoulder so the orthopedic surgeon finally got around late last night and set the break and put it in a sling. So that did ease some of the pain my Dad was dealing with. We are also fighting pneumonia, so basically just a whole bunch of issues. We are just taking it hour by hour and day by day.
