Prayer request for having the covid

tested pos couple days ago.
not mild
A lot of Serious crushing headaches fever, flu symptoms
hopefully this will pass soon.
anyone else need some prayers ?

Prayers sent! You will be fine. Exercise your lungs even tho it hurts. 50yrs old, 4days on couch, bad headaches, eyes hurt, 2degree fever, no hunger or taste. But if you have inflammation in lungs make sure you take few deep breaths an hour. Even if it hurts, it expands and moves fluids. Dont ger lethargic with short breaths over extended period, which causes pockets of infection or pneumonia

I am in Day 7 (of symptoms, Day 10 after initial contact). No fever, blood O2 level normal, but lost smell yesterday.
Keep hydrated. Take extra Vitamin C and D is you have it.
Be vigilant about your breathing. If your phone has a pulse oximeter on it, use it! Mine does; and, I have a pulse oximeter. If your SpO2 % goes below 93% considering calling an ambulance as soon as possible.
You are definitely not alone!

Prayers sent up! Please get on Vitamin D and C. Get with your doctor about treating for inflammation. After about day 10 Covid turns from your immune system fighting the virus but rather can start over reacting to the now mostly dead virus remnants. This is when the steroids are important to keep the lungs from getting damaged.
