I've read that he has cut weight considerably and that is a good thing.

I don't think he was pushed a step backwards during the entirety of his film, but he did look a tad slow. Good motor, though. You can't teach being big, but you can help big men move well, like Big Dex did. I'll never forget him chasing down Auburn's dual threat QB as a true freshman. Our fronts work best with athletic tackles that can move.

His best playing weight is ~ 330. At 360 he wont have the required endurance or quickness needed to be effective
