level of early voting. Maybe that's just a COVID thing, and the overall numbers won't be higher, but I really think people are passionate and engaged, and that's a good thing. The greater the participation, the more this system works.
There's something inspirational about people waiting for hours to cast one vote, what could be called a drop in the bucket of many millions of people. At the same time, I sure wish we could find a way to make that better, to encourage even more participating. I still hope we're only a few election cycles away from an online system of some sort. It seems like that's the inevitable endgame.

But at least if early voting is a measure, perhaps it is increased this year. I hope there is an increase in overall turnout (and I do expect there will be).

What does insinuation mean?
Does early voting mean that you vote early?
If I vote early, does it get counted? I havent really been told.

Maybe some are trying to vote in person to beat the delivery of their mail in ballot. Vote and vote often!

at the steady stream of people walking up to vote and on their way out after. The line was long, but my wife and I were in the booths within 35 minutes of getting in line.
Definitely going to be a big record turnout election.

People are running out in droves to vote against the Dems. I know at least a dozen people who stayed home last time that can’t wait to vote for Trump.

I know at least 350 people who are planning on voting Democrat have never voted Democrat in their entire lives. They just hate trump that much. All good friends too.

So what about the policies of trump vs the left have them switching? Note they want higher taxes, open borders, single payer? What is it specifically?

right to vote...there’s no greater responsibility as a US Citizen. But, the reality is that one party knows as the number of voters goes up, their chances of winning at the national level goes down...even with the built in advantage of the electoral college...which continues to allow a minority of voters select the POTUS. So, they have spent a lot of time and money to make it more difficult for certain demographics to vote...I’ll be interested to see if the higher early turnouts really do make a difference in the end.

college necessarily...but it may be time for some modifications...maybe do away with the ‘winner take all‘ provision, or at least award some portion of a state’s electors to the loser if they garner a certain threshold of votes.
I certainly know why the EC is part of our process...but I don’t think it was ever the intent of the FF’s to have minority rule either.

Considering he initially opposed shutting off travel from China and Dems were in favor of stricter lockdowns later I think it’s safe to say we would have had a bigger outbreak and possibly been crushed economically.
