Sep 24, 2020, 11:38 PM

The Leader finished today @ -7 . . . There is a $4,000,000 Purse at stake

Kyle Stanley leads our Tigers @ -5 and T-7th Place

Jonathan and Ben shot -4 and sit T-17th Place

DJ managed an Even Par Round and sits T-94th Place

Hope I didn't miss any of our Tigers:

Ben should have been at -5, but he tried to take the break out of a three foot putt on one hole and hit it too hard.

I think it was . . .

his final hole of the day, #18 . . . I’d be tickled if he threw another -4 at the field today!!!

It was that really long par five about halfway through his second nine. He hit a beautiful wedge just past the hole. The announcer said he attempted to “jam it into the hole”. The putt hit the right center of the hole but had too much speed.

Thanks for the updates, Skeeta. Much appreciated. Question: I was tracking the scores briefly yesterday, and I swear at one point it had Jonathan Byrd alone in the lead at -7. Was that just a mistake? Because looking at his card, it appears he never reached -7, unless he suffered a penalty or something. Just curious.

It had to be a mistake. Byrd never reached -7.

I saw the same thing. He was showing at -8 at one point. All of a sudden three of Jonathan's Birdies went away and 18 changed to a Bogey.

I have actually played that course before
