Ohio State and Alabama gets another week to stay healthy. Clemson will play 11 while Ohio State plays 6.

Saturday's college football game between Ohio State and Maryland has been canceled due to elevated COVID-19 numbers in the Maryland program.

I believe if Ohio State loses another game due to COVID they should be excluded from the playoffs.

One more lost game is the max they can have to be allowed to play in the Big 10 championship game.

My guess is that the CFP committee will follow the same guidelines for admission.

I think they would hear it from every direction if OSU misses 3 games, is DQed from the conference title game, and then is voted into the CFP.

I would assume this will hurt fields as much as TL16 was hurt by his sickness. Same for Jones. But we all know how this goes.

because the top 2 winning percentages in the ACC going to championship scares me a little bit

This was clarified a little bit earlier this week.

The first tie breaker to get into the ACC title game is head to head results for teams with the same number of losses.

If the teams did not play each other, then winning percentage is taken into account.

We will have the tiebreaker with Miami if both teams finish the season with 1 loss.

Everyone else except ND already has 2 losses.

11 warriors 1 cup are going crazy over this and it warms my heart. Couldn't happen to a better fan base and their moran commissioner who waited too long to start the season and didn't build in any open dates.

Not to worry. Fields will still be in the Heisman race and probably the winner. Missing games only means something to ACC teams in terms of the pollsters and media idiots.
