O-Line yesterday? Genuinely curious.

First off, let me say that I'm super proud of our Tigers for pulling out a good-sized victory while having an off-day. The D had like 4 guys out and still only allowed 14 defensive points. Awesome.

My biggest concern was the O-Line. They have looked surprisingly good this year, but yesterday they were very porous. I'm no O-Line expert though. Guys that know this stuff - was this scheme-based, or were we missing blocks?

We averaged 4.0 per carry, they averaged 4.7.

We had 147 yds rushing, Duke had 363 and averaged 5.3 per carry against Syracuse.

Would Etienne have had more success in the first half had he eaten more breakfast? Probably.

Left side of the line didn’t play a perfect game, but I’m sure they will clean up some things they see there on film.

Overall O lacked the nastiness yesterday we saw in previous games. It’s there, just needs to be consistent.

I also don’t get the routine high snaps from Cade Stewart. How are you snapping it over a 6’6 QB’s head? Those high snaps also mess up the timing of plays.
