I think I would be more worried about Biden's prefrontal cortex, as he didn't seem to know for which office he was running or where he was from time to time. - I mean you know the thing.

i'm not defending Biden's mental health, coz honestly I don't know what it is.
In his recent speeches he has seemed quite with it...so much so that trump and trumpers depended on that narrative, then said he was "steroids" lol. He seems as with it as much as any man of his advanced age
I used to travel ALOT, from city to city, town to town for work, and do public speaking. even in my 30's I would sometimes blank on what city I was in at the moment, or say the wrong city. It happens all the time, rock stars do it and other folks that travel a lot.

Um, I'm sorry, but if you don't believe in QAnon, Deep State, Civil War Part 2, or that Trump is the greatest president in our history, you just simply aren't as smart as them.
