New commissioner hopefully will not be

Anyone associated with any North Carolina university. That so called commissioner we have has been the worse thing that could have happened to the ACC. Hopefully this search committee gets it right. One other thing, I don't like that Notre Dame has anything to do with it since they aren't a full member of the conference. Get in fully or get out.

P& D askd him th othr daay what he knw about the search for a new commish. He said he knew nothing. So just like any other subject. Th guy is a buffoon but also biased. Counting the days till he goes and the darn well better not name any award or trophy after him.

The beebeeheads AD will likely be a candidate for the job

Jack Swarbrick is his name.

The biggest concern is they'll hire some dip$#!7 from within the program who effectively trained under Swofford.

Some of those mentioned:

Ben Tario — He is currently the league's CFO. He's an Elon and FSU alum.

Paul Brazeau — He’s the senior associate commissioner for basketball and a Boston College grad. He's also buddies with Swofford's son.

Michael Strickland - Strickland is the Director of Football Operations and a uof6c grad.

Lee Butler — He is the Assistant Commissioner for Basketball and a Miami grad.

Frankly speaking, no commissioner of any conference should be affiliated or associated with any school in that conference.

I’m still pisssed I couldn’t get to the ACC championship game in 2016 just because the commish wanted to use the ladies room.
