NIL profits Timeline and stipulations

Some measure of restrictions during school attendance needs to be determined.
Perhaps scholarships, tuition and other defrayed costs and value, could be retroactively subtracted from the profits payed after graduation?
Some percentage of NIL profits could be available to athletes during school attendance, but the rest could depend upon graduation.
What do you think?
*The national stage institutions provide has to be respected and should gain from the profits.

I think we are years away from being concerned with this issue. This ISNOT going to happen in the next few months.


My only concern is the ncaa being involved in this in any way. They haven’t proven to me that they are capable of ruling on something this complex.
