he's asked a simple question that ANY presidential candidate should be able to answer easily. But not Joe. He can't 'think' without a teleprompter.
So here he is telling his handlers re the teleprompter: "move it down, move it closer" as he's squinting and looking a bit desperate. Presidential timber? You decide.

I’ve been seeing a lot of dirt being dug up on ol Joe. Many videos and comments that are probably being kept up the Trump camp’s sleeve. Not sure to what effect they’ll have on voters but when he’s been commenting lately, he hasn’t been endearing himself with minorities. 1) Poor kids are just as smart as white kids, 2) you’re not black if you vote for Trump, 3) blacks aren’t as diverse as Hispanics. Trump support from minorities appears to be up.
I don’t think just staying awake is enough to save him. Like Trump, he can’t put his foot in his mouth either.

My all time favorite was from a few years ago when he was recognizing this guy and told him to “stand up”. But he was in a wheel chair.
