As we were waiting for our luggage in Charlotte coming home from the Cotton Bowl, an airport employee told us the same thing.. “Just beat Alabama!”

I had a mutt lover say that to me today too. I guess you’ll never hear them say roll dogs. Bama has stopped them in championship games regularly for a while. Remember the mutts being stopped at the goal line as time ran out for the sec championship a few years back?

If you look back at the history since Saban got to Alabama vs Georgia, it's been heartbreaking. Seriously.

2008, the blackout: 41-30, with Bama 31-0 at halftime

2012, SEC CG: one play/pass from the win and what would have undoubtedly been a whipping of ND for NC

2015: Bama just lost to ole miss and is an underdog for the first time in 72 games. Bama wins 38-10 and by God, it was no where near that close.

2017 national championship: can it get any worse?

2018 SEC CG: YUP!

I bear no ill will towards the bulldogs. At this point I just feel bad for them.
