would they consider Liberty to make it 16 members? Assuming Notre Dame becomes a full time member themselves.

ACC already has 2 Virginia Schools. LU brings nothing to the table TV wise with new markets.
Memphis or Cincy would bring in 2 new states.That makes more sense than Liberty.

I would rather bring back South Carolina and get rid of the northern schools ( Syracuse, BC, Pitt).
