If ND ends up making the CFP, do they share the $ with ACC?

The statement says that Notre Dame shares the NBC money and they could be the Orange Bowl rep if not picked by the CFP. But, if Notre Dame makes it in the top 4, does the ACC get the CFP money to share with the institutions after ND's expenses like Clemson has had to do the last five years? If the answer is yes, what prevents ND from expending all the money and saying, "Sorry, ACC, we spent all the cash; we don't have any to share"?

My understanding is that Notre Dame will be treated JUST LIKE any other ACC football team for the 2020 season. That means all bowl money, tv money, etc. will be shared in the common revenue pool.

Notre Dame can’t make it the Playoffs with 2 losses to us. We just need to take care of business. I’m not worried about them because we will beat them twice.

So if we and ND end up 11-1 and the SEC champion ends up 10-1, do Clemson and ND get into CFP ahead of SEC?
