one of my Mother’s favorite phrases in my early childhood. It was comical for a while because it seemed everything was white trash. Now this was when women or young ladies didn’t wear pants outside of the home, and was certainly not allowed at school. Then the mini skirts cane to fruition and almost blew her mind ... she slowly adapted to her expectations of how someone should present themselves when they left their homes and owns her own blue jeans

No, Bobby Petrino was relieved of duties. Thus Louisville moved up a notch. Plus they have a good fan base.

Being from Raleigh, living here now, and having grown up surrounded by State fans, many of my friends being fans, I can say with confidence that their fanbase is every bit in the same class as the Columbia, SC fanbase. A school that thinks they belong, though they have no history or results to prove it.
That game in Raleigh always scares me though. I was there in 2011 (beatdown), 2013 (OOB call), 2015 (Shootout), 2017 (Shootout, down to last play) and can say very rarely do I feel comfortable there. They are not on our level in any sense of the word but you can't deny they get up for that game there. Sidenote: that stadium smells awful

Born and raised in Raleigh and currently live here. Most of my best friends that I still keep in touch with are State fans. They are decent (although they complain about the refs EVERY single game).
For the most part, NC State fans are the absolute worst. Not knowledgeable at all, but they think they know everything. I have always and still hate NC State even more than the coots.
They are also a lot more hateable now since they have Dorean.

More than any other ACC opponent, I "hate" when Clemson plays NC State because their defense delivers so many nasty head-shots, which (last I checked) is supposed to be illegal.
Their defenders don't walk the line, they cross it regularly.

Doeren has had to humble himself (a little - tough for a doooosh like him).
Maybe we should be greatful to him & hope he stays a long time. Right now, we have a 7-game win streak against the Pack - 1 loss - and prior to that ANOTHER 7-game streak. That comes to...let's see...14&1 over the last 15 years!
