The only post-season games that really mean anything anymore are the college football playoff games and, in some cases, the conference championship games.

Who could stop them? How? They aren't coming back to school. Some bowls don't matter. Why would anyone really care if they didn't play in the Gasparilla Bowl? Why would any player that was going in the NFL draft risk that?

One of the reasons they are no longer as big a deal is because there are so many of them. The Duke Mayo Bowl? Can't wait for the Dolly Mustard Bowl or the Kyle Ketchup Classic. Too many crappy teams playing for very little.
