than what you make I wonder? Coach $8.25 million next year and DRad will make $1.2 million.
I am sure it's the case in lots of areas just not in any company I have ever worked.

There are many instances where people on commission or other performance based pay earn more the the bosses and sometimes more than the pres or ceo. Dabo's pay is based on performance and what he brings to Clemson in revenue, recognition and many other intangibles.

Its easy... Dabo brings in much more value to the company (or university in this case). I have employees that make more than me but report to me. They make my life easier.

Our football success is due to capitalism.
If Dabo was paid in socialistic means then we'd be equivalent to UofSC right now.
Every coach would be fairly equal in pay and results. Say no to socialism, say no to wealth and results distribution.

It would be great to have an AD that was worth $8.25M. He didn't hire Dabo, and I don't know of any HC hires he's made that have worked out like Dabo's hire has.
