History does matter. Want to see the BELT with LSU, Auburn, Oklahoma, Ohio State, notre dame, and Alabama? Keep picking against us; I am sure we will lose one game one of these years. We will deal with your sec champ soon enough. Prepare to be gobsmacked and lugubrious.
You know what Tigers? I want Georgia to win out. Need one more belt for the trophy case.

Whether or not history matters makes no difference to me. But if it doesn't matter for our Tigers, it doesn't matter for SEC teams. That being the case, it's fine if Mr. Tebow wants to exclude Clemson from the top 4, 5 or 10. But on what basis does he include Alabama? Clemson has played a tougher schedule "to date" than the mighty Crimson Tide. Using His logic, the only team currently in the top 5 that deserves it is Wisconsin. They've played tough opponents and won. But no one from the SEC deserves to be in the conversation at this point. So make up your mind, Timmy boy. History or no history? But either way, the Clemson Tigers are the best team in the country and will prove that once again in the playoffs. Go Tigers! REPEAT!!!!!!

Champions, it would be Jawja, They beat us in 2014, for one in a row. But, you have to go all the way back to 1980 to find their Natty.
Nebraska (Last Natty 1997) also beat us the last time we played, in the 2009 Gator Bowl. We have only played them twice. I do believe we won the first time, to cap off the 1981 Natty run. 
If you want to go WAY back, Minnesota also beat us in the 1985 Independence Bowl, and last won a Natty in 1960.
TCU beat us in 2009, and last won a Natty in 1938.
There may be some long obscure others, the list of unavenged losses is below.
