Moving the Shelby North Carolina

Calling out to the NC Tigers. I’ve accepted a job in Shelby that is paying out $10.63 per hour. Don’t know if a lot of y’all remember but last January I posted on here about losing my car detailing Job. I just need help knowing where to look for a place for my family to live wife + 7 daughters) I know Shelby is way too expensive but hopefully someone knows the surrounding area that could live and commute to. I don’t mind a little drive. Thank you guys for helping me to get to this point!

I met a girl from Shelby once . We were both on summer break and finding our young furs down in south Myrtle Beach .
Just a crazy kid from Moncks Corner and a girl who needed no approval from Shelby ... searching for seashells .
We'll always have that 2nd weekend in July of '87 , Michelle .
Maybe she'll read this post. idk.

Sadly, I think you can live a better quality life in Shelby on 10$ per hour than the thread this spoofed in Maryland for 120k

I would recommend one of the suburbs like Fallston or Kaiser. Much more affordable housing there.

We do have a few National Champs from that metroplex...McSwain brothers and Carlos. Was a helluva place back when the mills were running. Still has a thriving furniture store on the corner there and don't forget Doggett's Shoe Store. Been there since dirt.
