Great Scott or Special Teams no better?

I see Artavis Scott looking really good on KO & Punt returns today, but the proverbial question:

Was it his ability or Special Teams inability?? I sure hope it's #3 being the answer.

Thought Adam Choice looked really good & Fuller not bad at all...afraid Tye Dye is odd man out with Feaster on the way in this summer.

Kickoffs and punting still looked weak. Even with a wind at their back, I don't think they reached the end zone on the hill end. Two low punts resulted in longer returns.
