I know numbers were the major reason, but how did we just not offer this kid right away and work out the numbers later? I know the staff was waiting on Flowe but geez, sometimes gold isn't always in California!

I mean the big thing really was Flowe. Flowe was going to be the big take as a "generational" type player. There was never a point where we were gonna take both. Had nothing to do with Trenton, more to do with what Flowe was projected to be, and for the longest time, Flowe was considered a lock. Therefor, no offer to another linebacker. Especially one they felt like would commit right away. Never heard what actually happened to that. Heard rumors that we were looking for a commitment at a certain point and he wouldn't give it to us so we moved on. Obviously could be much more than that, I have no clue. I tihnk Trenton is gonna be special. Would much rather have him who wants to be here than someone else who was looking for the biggest splash.

to home so they have more chances to watch him play. If it was up to just him it would have been Clemson i think.

but...watch that video showing flowe's 2019 highlights....dang. He's definitely a big fish that got away. Dude is a machine in TFL & Coverage. Just go watch it and you'll be shaking your head thinking what might have been.

Oh yeah hes a monster. I fully believe he will be the generational player he is projected to be. He just didn't pick the right team!

Any time Oregon is the in the final two I have a feeling more than school spirit is at $take. They are reaping the rewards of the Bol Bol recruitment in basketball and I can't help but think the $chool philo$phy at good ol Faber U might lean in that direction for football as well. They are building that type of rep.

And gold isn't always hidden in the ground or in a mountain somewhere, some times, it's laying in the open in an ice cold stream somewhere just waiting on someone to see and pick it up!!!!

Considering Flowe and Simpson play different LB positions, I still don't understand why it became a numbers game. Simpson is well worth accepting even if Flowe choose Clemson.
