does anybody else use it and have problems with it freezing? the audio doesn't stop but the picture just freezes.

Yes absolutely it is unwatchable for me on PS4. I had to switch to AppleTV earlier today.

No problem I have been trying to figure it out for awhile but no luck. Not sure if they stopped supporting the app on the PS4 or what. It seems like it has only gotten worse over time.
