Does UofSC lose by forfeit?

Doesn’t SC law require this game?
Wouldn’t that mean the team who refuses to play loses by forfeit?

The streak continues! Clemson is already 1-0 on the season.

I say yes.
Schedule the game. If they fail to show, then it's a forfeit.
