What is it worth in y'alls opinion? In other words who would you trade to keep Deshaun?

Can't even answer this... I'd clone Deshaun Watson if I could and keep an army of them in Petri dishes at Riggs Hall. Lol

DW4 should make NFL wait

It's such an unfriendly cutt throat business. There is nothing to worry about IMO with DW4. He could tear both ACL's, fracture a vertebrae, redshirt 2017 due to injury and graduate in 2018 and still be the #1 pick.
3 years of College (i.e. The best years of your life) is much too short.
DW4 can call his own shots and someone should advise him as such.
Why rush to be on the NFL's worst team?

Because Best is the Standard and he wants to be the best he can be. If they want him he's earned it.

I'd let him call every play and get as many celebration penalties as he wants after touchdowns. Make them change to more of an NFL style rule. It would be great

I wonder how long after DW signs on the dotted line that he starts giving back to communities around CU and his hometown of Gainesville? I bet it don't take him long. Such a classy guy.

One of the appeals of college football to me is the constant change. I am also looking forward to seeing what our other QB's can do, and who will step up. I have no problem with DW4 going pro (as long as he brings us the Natty next year....)

He is fun to watch. A senior year would be unreal for sure. But in most likelihood, he will move on. I like to imagine the QB race a year from now. Crazy depth at QB...

I'm excited to see who comes out of fall camp as the #1 backup!!! Who will put the hardest work to earn that spot. And if it's Schuessler again, he will have to prove he is the man....

The money he'd make going pro early is what......

we would have to trade to get him to stay as a Senior.
Other that paying him that money, I don't know of any trade we could make - his mind's made up - he knows where he stands with the NFL.

I'm speaking hypothetically...What would you give up and I was thinking more along the lines of who as a current Tiger or future tiger would you be willing to give up to keep him... For example, I would trade any of our WRs, 2 DL and a LB to keep him.

DW4 being #1 overall pick

Will be great for recruiting though.
Pretty sure he gone, but I think he should go Andrew Luck and stay for a final year.
Haha, we have like 21 stars in QB recruiting rankings waiting for him to leave...

As much as I'd like to hope he will pull a Spiller and stay, he's likely going to cash in. And who can find fault in that?
On the positive side, knowing this is his final season will keep him laser focused on getting to Tampa.

Honestly, if he is in the top 20 1st round. The smartest thing for DW4 would be to go NFL. In a college duel threat system, the duel threat part makes injury twice as likely the next play. Pocket and step back passers usually don't get blasted like a QB running around. Take the money and run!!!
