The Texans have to be willing. If I’m them I tell him to play or ride the pine decision is up to you. Not saying I agree with it, just saying that’s what I would do.

I think that I would have in the contract that they pay half of whatever tax I had to pay, to come to Cali!!! I'm sure that Cali taxes are higher that most states....
