I say go the NBA and WNBA route for both sports. It would help recruiting.

It all starts with recruiting. if you can't recruit 4 & 5 star prospects, don't expect to beat teams with the 2 & 3 star prospects you get. We need a more popular coach who can recruit and then develop a program that will consistently compete.

one. That was the one thing that I said would make or break him, and whether it is all his fault or not, he's the head coach, and it has utterly broken him.

and that his record here may not be a true reflection of his coaching ability, BUT six years of absolutely ZERO improvement is inexcusable under any circumstances, and even if there are circumstances beyond his control, at some point it's just time for a new direction.

While I understand the unusual circumstances for both teams this particular season I am starting to believe that each team clearly has issues which only recruiting and commitment to resources can correct. I would be willing to give both HCs another year in a refurbished LJ before making any clear cut decisions, but if Brownell in particular cannot produce evident progress back to the NCAA tournament then a change should be forthcoming.
Women's basketball is another subject altogether. Again, a lack of facilities and resources makes a huge difference, but the coaching and team chemistry seem to be lacking. I take a wait and see attitude here.
Go Tigers!

Time for a change I'd bring in a new coach for the new Little John women's basketball as bad as it looks you have to be fair and give her 4 years.

You'd think with how much DRad cares about money, he would try to fix the one other that turns a profit.

At this rate he will have to. He is waiting for the completion of the arena season which is next season. It is coming...

Two reasons I can come up with why he didn't do it last year:
1. Didn't want to look completely stupid firing Brownell a year after giving him a $5 mil buyout for 3 NIT wins.
2. His hire, Brian Gregory, didn't work out at GT. His first year was when the Thriller Dome was being remodeled, so the theory was he could start the recruiting part early and then build on the new stadium in year 2.
