Seems like a decent price.

I don't like how there's no furniture though. I think houses should have furniture.

Why would you want to buy a house with someone else’s crappy furniture? Furniture is very personal. It’s like clothing. It expresses who you are. Most people are very picky about furniture clothing how they wear their hair etc. these things all express and represent who we are.

Normally people don’t want to buy a house with furniture unless they’re buying it as a second home or a vacation home and even then they often want to pick out the furniture they want in the house. If someone is relocating for a job or just buying a new house for whatever reason they also typically already have furniture.

Also it’s not smart financially. When people do buy the furniture in a house they normally have to pay extra. So now you’re paying interest for years on furniture that you’re probably going to get rid of at some point in the future and replace but as long as you have that mortgage or as long as you have a mortgage on the house you will be paying for that furniture. Not smart financially.

That house in just very, very.

Floors look like they clean them with one of those Zambonis like they use at Sam's and Lowes.

Is that the house IPTAY built for him in the 80s? It would have been his for free had he retired as Clemson coach. Yeah yeah they say he retired, but we all know he got fired. He was correct in everything he was saying and doing and fighting for, But you can’t go on the BBQ trail and call out the president! Of the University!

No way that is a million dollar house.

They are banking on it going for a premium due to the Clemson history.

Someone is taking a loss on that! Sold 14 years ago for only 75,000 less!

The house was built for Clemson coaches residence ... never

actually owned by Danny Ford and in fact he did not want to live there. It was used pretty exclusively for recruiting purposes while Danny lived on his farm.
