Covid Guidelines To Cancel Games?

I was wondering if somebody smarter than me, could help here! How is it determined if a game is cancelled? Is it a percentage or what? I know clemson has been lucky in the aspect of covid 19 with no cancelled games, but bring what you have. It is hard to believe so many SEC games cancelled this week. I bet OhioState and Maryland wont be made up either.

The B1G doesn't have any vacant dates, so none of the canceled games in the B1G will be made up.

I believe the NCAA has a minimum of 53 players.
