Same thing happened during Muschump's
tenure at UF. Run them all off, then the
starter gets injured. Just saying.

I think you're right. This is a big red flag IMO. Spring practice isn't even in full swing. That means McIlwain knew prior to spring practice that Bentley had the job locked in and there was no level of performance he could do to get it back. A huge snafu considering their depth.
