Can you watch college football on VR headset yet?

Was thinking about getting my kid and oculus quest 2, and it would be an easier decision if I could watch some Clemson games from the stands virtually.

And I will put a tiger paw on top of the oculus where it belongs.

The NBA was setup for Oculus. I don’t think NFL of NCAAF is available for live broadcasts yet.

Even if you don’t like the NBA, it is worth it to at least watch it. The ESPN Oculus app does have videos available that are awesome

Fox sports has done VR broadcasts of a couple of games going back to 2017. I dont think it is a regular thing though, and I believe it was from the skycam and not a seat. I did a vr demo of what a game would look like and it was pretty awesome.

it would only be from the skycam, there is no good way to get a 360 degree camera on field level. It would be amazing if they put a gyro stabilized camera on the QB's helmet that was 360 degrees.

now that I think about it, the pylon cams are 180 degrees. There is nothing stopping them from broadcasting a live stream from them that could be viewed through the Oculus
