saying I honestly believe that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and, for those three player's sakes, I do hope they are innocent. The courts will decide.
However, should they be found guilty, this will tell us a lot about Boom. As a rule, if there are any suspensions, they occur at the first of the season... miss the first game, miss the first two games (If violation is worse), etc. I'm pretty sure this is Dabo's philosophy.
I have a problem with the coaches that hand pick which game a player will be suspended. For instance, FSU opens with Alabama. If Jimbo had to suspend a player for a game and decided it would not be the Alabama game but a later, but easier, game, I would have a problem with it.
USUx opens with NC State...a critical game that could decide each team's season.
If, and I stress IF, these guys are guilty, will BOOM suspend them for the NC State game, or a later one.
Just asking.

to have happened.....not even necessarily being out at 3:00AM. You almost always have the option of walking away from trouble. They didn't. Unless they didn't the opportunity to avoid the conflict, then they should be held accountable of using bad judgement. It's up to their coach to decide that punishment. If what they did was unlawful, then that's another story.

Shoot, we had fistfights in Mauldin hall in the 90's. Cops were called and we all ended up friends. Just because it's a USC player everyone acts like it's a big deal. Chill out. Who cares they didn't kill the guy. They roughed him up and he may have deserved it. Snowflakes.
