One of my favorites would be Potbelly deli, they have great scones, and some good breakfast sandwhiches and bagels. Also happens to be my favorite lunch spot too. If you're coming from the Greenville area, there are many outstanding spots there.

Sunnyside Cafe is amazing for a more filling breakfast. For coffee and pastries, All-In Cafe is the best.
