ticket WHILE SHE WAS SITTING IN THE CAR STUDYING with 19 empty parking spaces beside her. They said she had been in that spot for over an hour....100.00 fine....

A caller had a story about Bill's car getting the hook even with all of its Clemson stickers.
I missed the part about his daughter, apparently, but it wouldn't have mattered had it been Packer himself.

It was happening a lot last weekend. My daughter stays in a complex on central road. We parked in her numbered space, without a sticker,,(I get it) and she tried on several dresses before we left. There were several spaces on one side of my car. After fifteen minutes we set to leave and the car was gone. When we arrived at Death Valley Towing, we watch the guy get out of the truck... Quick $120 lesson.

Seem like rather than spending a huge amount of money on your kids college education, it would be better to buy a couple of tow trucks and start a towing company near a college campus. Your kid would never have to worry about making a living.
