Below are my notes from earlier. Here is an email I got from emailing for help with easier steps:

Thank you for contacting us. I will be happy to assist you in this matter. To reset your password you must use a desktop computer. You can follow these steps:


1.You will need to go to the website https://am.ticketmaster.com/cfbplayoff/.

2. Click on Sign In/ Sign Up (it is on the top right hand corner)

3. Click on Forgot Password?

4. Then you will need to enter your email address that you purchased the tickets with and click send.



There will be an email sent to that email address to be able to reset your password. The tickets will not be in your account manager till January 4th. If you continue to have problems please contact us at (469) 706-9010.

My earlier notes if above does not work. Below is what I did, and I do have a ticket master account.

After spending almost an hour on hold..I got a real person. What you have to do is nothing like in the note Iptay sent. so I thought I would post in order to save others some time...(new year's resolution be kind to others....)

Get on to above on your computer or on the web browser on your phone

Set up an account here(email + password)

Then after you set up your account here, you can get into the app and link the ticket master account

Make sure your password has no special characters. they have a bug here

or you can go off of am.ticketmaster/cfbplayoff
then click cfp website
then click under ticket reservations the word here

then in the top left corner a few entries over click on sign in. that has the place where you can create an account and you get the cfp link.

then sign in the app. you can sign in the app with ticket master or cfp id(which you just created). at this point it is linked. at the top of the app when you get to mobile ticketing you can get a drop down that says cfp id

if you have to call be prepared to wait at least an hour on hold!

Do you get any sort of message when you log into the app to view the tickets?

Yes I am over 50 :(
