They will communicate with the opposing team once they get the results, but I would be surprised if we see a non-participant list put out before Saturday during the day.

Not to be snarky but this is our 10th game of the season. Each and every week the team released a list of folks who are not able to participate (injury or covid) within a couple of hours of kickoff. The only exception is when a high profile player like TL16 states he has covid on social media. Why do you think Dabo would break protocol for this particular game by releasing something on Friday giving VT coaches time to gameplan based on which players will not be available?
