Clemson hosted The Citadel in their first home game of 2020 and came out red hot. The Citadel was short-handed after several key players opted out of their abbreviated fall season, but the Tigers’ first half performance was impressive nonetheless. Full Story »

Really sad the chickens won't be coming to Death Valley this year. It will save them from another severe beat-down, and I'm sure the brighter of their fans know it and are secretly thankful for this virus.

1) kudos to BV and all defensive players
2) commence O-line adjustments and continue O-line recruitment
3) the Clemson starters can play with anyone. the drop from Clemson starters to backups at a handful of key positions incl. O-line is steep. Typically this is not the case at Bama, UGA, LSU and many SEC teams. Means O-line starters need to stay healthy and in shape.

Those depth pieces could be especially important this year so it's good we'll have some opportunities to develop that. The starters may be the best Clemson has had. Dominant start to the year for them.

no points scored in the 2nd half. The 2nd team and 3rd team surly should be heads and shoulder quality over a team such as the Citadel. Some of the guys looked unsure their spacing, focus and desire. With this being a unique season that any player could be out at any time replacements meed to show no or little drop off. A win is win and hopefully this machine is just getting started.
