LOL. I hate Chrysler products. If somehow I ended up owning one of these, the thought would cross my mind to do the same thing and collect the insurance money.

They could sue the driver for gross negligence, this isn’t Daytona and it’s not legal to drive on the beach. This person is screwed

Yep. Here's a tip. If you are going to abandon your car, and try to collect insurance money, DO NOT REMOVE THE LICENSE PLATE. THEY WILL SUSPECT SOMETHING FISHY IS GOING ON!

The idiot who did this couldn’t make the payments and was being hounded by collections. Instead of having to face the embarrassment of repo men taking the car from his dumb a$$, he rolled it into the ocean the night before a hurricane. He gave his loan collector the bird in a last gasp of destructive irresponsibility. Maybe he tries to claim it was stolen.
