I’m not saying we will be #5, but it’s certainly possible if the committee puts a lot of value in the 2 Penn State wins over top 25 teams.

Completely disagree. Although i think we are better all around than LSU or Penn State they have a better reaume ytd. And better than bama.

All depends on “eye test” vs data

Data we are 5th
Eye test likely 3rd

I'll be shocked if we are #2 or #5. With the history of what the committee has seen as important, I believe that LSU and OSU will be 1 and 2, probably in that order. I think that us and Alabama will be 3 and 4. I don't think they will see a lot of difference in us and Bama, but think that they will put Bama 3 so that it will be easier to vault them to #1 if they win the LSU game.
