Dabo leads based on the foundation of his faith. Fleck seems to be a more high energy motivational guy. I haven’t followed his background to know what really makes him tick, but he is purpose driven. However, I haven’t yet decided if it’s more about his personal success or the achievements of those in his program. He does seem like the type to jump to the NFL once his stock has reached its peak at Div I level. Time will tell.

He and Dabo have different stories, but the commonality is suffering and adversity. They've both become who they are by what they've lived through.

Dabo certainly is a pioneer coach; the best coach, I think. But it doesn't surprise me to see Fleck share similarities. Glad they do!
