Doesn't matter this season. The NCAA became Oprah this year so under every team's seat is a bowl.

So if most bowls are still being played, where will the Tuesday afternoon bowls find the 1,935 additional people they'll need in order to fill 20% of their 10K seat stadiums?

This means that the Coots and every other team has been bowl eligible since Oct 14. Teams with no wins also have bowls.
