Agreed. No clue why the announcers did not point out that obvious block in back.

I think the official mistakenly said chop block when he meant block in the back.

and how many kick/punt returns have been recalled for THAT

Block in the back feels like the go-to penalty on a big return play. Happens often enough it wouldn't be a big deal to see it on a design outside run play.
