The big reason why I can’t stand the NFL is because of guys like them

Maybe once he is accused of sexually assaulting women and not paying his bills.

Agree - OBJ has always been crazy, but AB takes it to a whole different level!

What about throwing objects at cops, then smacking him on the @$$ and then taunting him? Does that count?

No. Prove you are correct.

Not appropriate to compare OBJ (or anyone) to AB.

For the record: I have zero respect for OBJ and think he is totally overrated.

Fair enough. Obviously a turn of phrase, however, let's remember that once upon a time AB was considered a hard worker, good teammate, drama free dude. I would venture to say that OBJ just hasnt went full on T. Owen's meltdown yet. In fact, maybe he just needs to go play for Jerry. That ought to hasten the curve.

I think the idea that AB was once considered all of those positive things is because the Steelers as an organization did a really good job of keeping things in-house.

I have several friends who are Steeler fans that told me early in AB's career that other offensive players, most importantly Roethlisberger, absolutely hated AB.

They put up with it because AB was only doing it behind closed doors and they thought he would see the light and start to be a team player like the rest of the Steelers.

Instead he only got worse to the point where there was no reason to keep dealing with it.

It speaks volumes that even when he was thought to be a good guy, AB was Leveon Bell's most outspoken supporter.
