I don't understand these calls. It's a contact sport, and your goal is to get your opponent to the ground. Where in the rule book says once you get the ball carrier off his feet, you have to stop your tackle.

Yeah, I don't understand why that is a penalty either. Maybe the head slamming against the turf. I dunno.
