Ok, inspired. What is your favorite plan you've flown on?

FBSCS, this doesn't apply.....

I'll start. I have to go with the DC-10.

Flew it once back in the 80's when airlines were kings, stewardesses were hawt, and I was a cute little boy. They also had a bar in the middle of the thing. So I sat there the whole flight chatting up the stewardess at the bar and drinking cokes and eating a mountain of goldfish and pretzels.

At the time the upper deck was just a 1st class lounge....Wasn't old enough to partake in alcohol, but did get to tour the the flight deck.

Really depends on the airline and configuration tho...

but Covid ruined that.

So it's probably a toss up between a brand new Airbus 321 or the Boeing 757 Delta 1 to Paris.

12 passenger private jet - this was post 911 so going to the airport with no security stuff, etc. was awesome. Get there, walk on plane, take off.

I dis teh same for work back in '07 or '08

Felt like a badass getting on a jet walking through the gate, no security, getting handed a glass of champagne getting on the plane.

THAT would be easy to get used to.

Used to fly around in a King Air 350 doing organ procurements while doing transplant surgery. Furthest I ever went from Charleston was Memphis. Pilot picked up ribs for us that were waiting on the plane after we did the procurement.

Some suuuuuper sketchy landings coming back to Charleston in that rinky dink little plane during storms.
