During the game. The biggest problem is the delay on the TV broadcast.

Yes, There is a rule that the only type of remote communication allowed is between the booth and the field. Nothing allowed from the outside. It was mentioned in the article on Tigernet about breaking the emergency plan glass.

Yes, there is. All "virtual" (meaning offsite) communication

Yes, they prohibit communication like that starting 90min before the game.

Yes, the encrypted algorithm that we use to predict all of Dave Doeren’s play calls before he actually makes the play call, will also prevent Coach Elliot from communicating. It’s a Russian code, no one has a clue as to how it works.
